I love family and though I live alone, there is nothing I love more than the crazy confusion of us all getting together. My friends think of me as being really social, but the truth is my favorite time of day is the early morning, sitting by myself sipping a cup of tea. I really believe that if you look for the best in others, you will generally find it, and life is just too short to waste on pessimism and anger.
I am very lucky in that I have a job I love. I am a nurse. It was a dream of mine since I was a child. However, I was a stay at home mom for many years and didn't go to nursing school until my mid forties. I also volunteer for CAPA, which gives me an awesome opportunity to make a difference in someone elses life. I'm only 5'3/4", and today I weigh 105. But don't let my small size fool you. I'm feisty. Oh and I should mention that I love to dance. In fact I try to go out dancing at least once a week. I know life is not always easy. But what an adventure it is. And if you mess up? Well, everyday is a another chance for a new beginning. Sounds corny, I know, but I believe it.
