I Would Describe Myself As

I am a very youthful, energetic, active, athletic, curious, and perceptive senior adventurer through life's constantly surprising journey. I am a retired Professor Emeritus of English Literature who taught composition skills, critical thinking, creative writing, English literature, poetry, drama, and especially Shakespeare for 38 years before retirement. I have recently moved to San Marcos in the north San Diego area after living on the beautiful southern Oregon coast in Coos Bay, Oregon, for 20 years. I have been an active Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA Volunteer), for abused and neglected children, who have come into the court system for 8+ years; the Director of the Neighbor to Neighbor Mediation Program for Coos and Currey Counties for 2 years; and a member of the Coos County Community Action Committee for 2 years. I am now looking forward to seeing more of my lovely family and writing several things I have been long contemplating...And...I would love to find a "special" lady to spoil and to share with me my continuing adventures...
