For an "old guy" I feel younger than might be expected. I work out three times a week at Oakway Gym in Eugene. Keep very busy improving/changing/upgrading my home here in Lowell. Weather permitting, I'll take my bike out for a ride preferably to the coast(Florence). I have three boys: one here in Springfield, one in Washington & one in So. Cal. All successful both in business & marriage. Have an appreciation for all animals. I was in the construction industry for 10 years, Real Estate broker for four & 26 years as a Real Estate Appraiser(my real love) all in So. Calif(Orange County).
