If I was to be described by people that know me well, they would say I am an adventurous, easy-going soul.

I love to travel to experience new cultures, and to explore places both near and far. I have worked in Thailand, studied in Jamaica, travelled through most of Europe, the South Pacific and have visited Borneo, the Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, Central America and Mexico. Visits to the United States have included the Pacific Northwest and Wyoming on a motorcycle; Utah and Arizona on a road trip; and Florida, Georgia and New England by train and plane.

Now that the pandemic is over, I hope to return to SE Asia and Europe where I have many life-long friends.

I love the great outdoors and do multiple weekly hikes. I find the old growth forest a good place, steps away from home, to clear my head and to reflect on all the wonderful things life has to offer. A local beach is also a weekly destination with close friends year round.

I am very positive about the future. I am emotionally-and financially-secure having led a life filled with love and good decisions.

I am passionate about 70’s music—a decade filled with adventure, learning and exploration; portrait and landscape photography. I have recently taken up guitar—though I am not very good, yet!

I believe in life-long learning and am therefore open to new things and adventures. I took up golf three years ago when the world was closed to travel due to the pandemic. I am not an avid golfer, but enjoy skill development, the exercise and time with friends. My game has improved.

I look forward finding that special someone starting with a friendship, which in my experience serves as the basis of an enduring and love-filled relationship.
