I am healthy (no med's). I believe we are responsible for our own health. Doctors are fine but only as a last resort. Life itself offers us an unlimited amount of cures. You just have to know where to look. Of course there are emergencies that happen I am not talking about that type of situation.
I eat a healthy diet most of the time. I am a very happy person. Life is to short to be anything but. I am not saying I do not get upset now and then I just get over it. I will not get sick over something I cannot control. I do not believe in religion. It is as bad as politics as far as I am concerned. Yes, I do believe in God.
